The Traffic C.O.P. (Certificate of Performance) for Windows is intuitive

   

The Traffic C.O.P. for Windows takes advantage of the user-friendly Windows interface to come up with software that is easy to operate. It is a Windows program using the familar point and click, drag and drop methods that is common to all Windows programs. If you have a comfortable knowledge of Windows coupled with a working knowledge of radio, then you know how to operate The Traffic C.O.P.

The Traffic C.O.P. is an integrated traffic and billing system

   

It's a totally integrated program that combines continuity and traffic/commercial announcements on the same log, executing all of the commercial scheduling, log generation and billing.

The Traffic C.O.P. is modular in design

   

CLOCKS: You have the ability to create up to 26 different clocks and tell the computer which clock to schedule on which day.

   

The log program as well as all reports check this schedule to find out which clock to run on which day of the year.

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

STOPSETS: Many of your breaks are identical. For example, in your drive time, you might start out the hour with a newscast, then do three commercials and then the weather.

   

Other breaks may consist of just commercials.

   

In this stopset we have three commercials surrounding a newsbreak. Each commercial element can be from 30 seconds to 60 seconds in length and the stopset cannot go over 200 seconds.

   

Notice that we can prioritize where we want to place the commercials. Since some placements are better in the break/hour, we want our best clients to be in those slots.

   

 

   

 

   

CLOCKS: The creation of clocks may be the hardest element to comprehend in The Traffic C.O.P., but once you get accustomed to it, it is a breeze.

   

Basically what you are doing is telling it what time to air what stopset and what time to air what program.

   

Using The Traffic C.O.P. for Windows, you can view an entire daypart at once.

   

Notice the buttons off to the right. Since no one can remember which stopsets are which, which programs are which and which remarks are which, click on the button and a list appears with all of the information. We have made it as easy for you as possible.
